Somewhere in Multan
Zakir ur Rehman the head of the Indian operations of Lashkar is in a meeting with ISI and other stakeholders for the availability of logistic and ammunition support in Pakistan and India to initiate the new round of terrorism in Kashmir and then extend to other parts of India.
One of the Stakeholder Ramiz was demanding the return on the investments they have made in Lashkar " janab apki project report dekh ke humne apke mission me millions of dollars lagaye ...aapne kaha tha humle me Hindustani vyapariyo ke businesses par bhi humla hoga or European union mulko ka business jo abhi Hindustaniyo ke sath hai wo humare pas ajaega....now it's time to deliver Mr. Zakir we have lot on stake". Zakir smiled and requested Mir Ali (Former Member of ICAP) the finance head of the Indian operations of Lashkar to show the consolidated Return on Investments reports since 1980's from the reports, as he was prepared that such question will be raised. Mir Ali explained with reports displayed on the larger screen " Ramiz sahab...ye report me apke sath share karta hu aap data chahe to check karwale...Laskar me hamesh apke investments bade hai or wo bhi kafi higher rates se" now it's time to show some trust and rest assure we will deliver you the best.
Zakir tried to convince the investor lobby and got the money and other support he intended for the new base near the Indian border and also for his new mission.
After completing the meeting, he was leaving from the confrence room towards his office on the third floor, Roohani her assistant colleague came to the lift and reminded him that he has a meeting with the technical team in 2 hours.
Roohani was only allowed to coordinate and schedule the meetings but was not allowed to be present in any of them. "Ok Roohani please ask the canteen to prepare my lunch and bring it in my office". She left without asking his choice as she knew what Zakir likes, as he is very particular in his meal and the way it is served, Roohani takes extra precaution to avoid any mistakes.
Meanwhile Intelligence cell of Laskar received a message from informant about the meeting of Indian NSA along with a tall man (name and post of "tall man" is unknown to informant) with Army and RAW chief held at South block. Transcriptor converted the message and alerted Faizal (Good built, handsome, intelligent) (responsible for intelligence collection), he asked to reconfirm the news from other resources including the Indian media but there was no news on it and was unable to confirm it from any other sources. He gave a thought and then punched his thumb to the way out of the room, entered elivator with Roohani, both smiled and he said "need to see the boss" she was bringing the lunch for Zakir as very few people have access to the 3rd floor. Zakir and Roohani both punched thier biometrics for the 3 rd floor.
After crossing the small hallway, both entered into the Rohaani's office, she intimated her boss that Faizal wants to see you and your lunch is ready...she continued should I ask Faizal to wait? He refuted and asked to send him in. Roohani said " Faizal tum itna kam karte ho....break ki zarurt nahi mehsus Hoti?" He smiled and said No.
She asked him to go in "Zakir will see you."
As he enters... Zakir asked....bataiye Faizal. Faizal: Sir one of our sources has confirmed that the Indian NSA and PM had meeting today...but... I was not able to confirm such news from any other sources. Our informant also said that NSA was accompanied by a "Tall Man", our team is looking into it to get any information on the man which fits his description. Sir few days back we received a message about an Indian intelligence officer (Junaid) who was in Pakistan to gather information about ISI and its member operating outside the agency with Laskar, Jaish, Al Badr, there was strong vigil on him by Pakistani Army Intelligence but he slipped and managed to go back to India. After weekly routine coordination with ISI today, they told us that we need to change or delay our operations in India and move our Mujahid camps at different places, they have not made it clear but said that there is a big leak of our camps wearabouts. Sir after gathering all the information from our side, ISI and other sources it is higly probable that the data collected by the Indian intelligence officers who was on specefic mission to Pakistan, reconciled with the sattelite images and the data delivered by regular RAW agents the whole information will head to South block to execute some plan based on this recent findings.
Zakir- Do we have any other information about Junaid...does his description given by ISI fits any CCTV images at airport or any other public places... through our local network ask about this man in Sakrdu and Gunjarawal area to gather more Information about him, what he was upto and wehere he visited.... Do not involve your informants in Pakistani police...as our politicians will create unnecessary pressure on us.
Bit aggressively Zakir said... Try to get all the information about this man in Pakistan and in India without making much noise.
Faizal agreed and continued ... Sir one thing to add the ISI think tank issued a internal report a month back stating that Indians might use the technique of "small army- hard hitting - maximum damage" after URI and they will form some special elite group for this purpose, the officer who was sent to Pakistan might be a part of such group, we know nothing about this group even other Indian Security forces does not know about them, ISI tried to confirm it based on the think tank report but they do not have a single small lead from their informants in and around the Indian security establishments.
Zakir: Stop spaculating and gather data. Without that we can not work on mere theories.
Faizal left the room...and then the lunch was served for Zakir.
Faizal went back to his station and gave commands to initiate data gathering rgarding such officer. And he asked his subordinate to keep a vigil and collect information about this special elite group without maintaing any log of it.( As he can not defy Zakir's order) he had strong belief that such group is already active and will try to hit us hard.
